| Job Summary |
Assist project teams in the implementation and maintenance of accounting best-practices for efficient daily operation of projects for the organization. Monitors, and/ provides oversight for the organization’s cost controls, and reinforces such discipline within D&C accounting departments.

| Responsibilities |
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and skills required of personnel so classified.
Efficient, timely and accurate administration and reporting for Design & Construction projects, consisting of, but not limited to: Establishing and assist in maintenance of projects and budgets (as per the company processes and Limits of Authority (LOA) and loading into JDE. Ensuring consistent application of administration protocols (eg commitments), company policy and LOA’s.
Implementation and embedment of project costing, project controls & processes and systems across all projects. This will involve: Championing JDE project costing development and usage Creating Crystal reports to interrogate JDE for information requested by Finance Manger. Assist Project Cost Managers with JDE issues in relation to Project Forecasting Screen, Original Budgets, and Posting Assisting with implementation and maintenance of the Project Management Information system (MIS). This will involve: Maintaining MIS masterfiles for D&C projects in MIS. Ensure that all CIP Transfers are accurate in relation to true-ups, initials, and change order amounts. Other ad hoc duties as requested.

| Minimum Requirements |
Must posess a Bachelors degree in Business with accounting/finance major Strong Organizational and Interpersonal skills, and attention to detail Knowledge of financial software applications, database, spreadsheets, and word processing required |
